Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Seenbot ("the Service"), operated by T4S Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you accept these Terms for that company. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Seenbot measures how AI answer engines (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini) answer questions about your market, shows which sources they cite, audits your pages, and helps you prepare and publish content that those engines can cite. Paid use is priced in credits: measurements, articles, and other work in the Service spend credits at the rate shown in the app.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity in your organization. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record for your order. The provider is named at checkout and on your receipt. It processes the payment, issues invoices and receipts, and handles sales tax and VAT where applicable. Its terms of sale apply to your purchase in addition to these Terms. We never see or store your full card details.

Subscriptions: Paid plans renew monthly at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Each plan includes a monthly package of credits; unused monthly credits do not roll over.

Top-up credit: One-time credit purchases are added to your organization balance for the current month and do not carry over to the next one.

Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from the billing page in the app, through the customer portal linked in your receipt, or by writing to us. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made.

Free check: The free citation check does not require payment or a card.

5. Refunds

You can ask for a refund for the current billing period at any time before it ends. We refund the part of that period's payment that matches the share of its credit you have not spent: if 70% of the period's credit is unused, we refund 70% of the payment. Top-up credit is refunded the same way, in proportion to the unspent part of the purchase.

Spent credit and past billing periods are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise. A refund ends the subscription, and the refunded credit is removed from your balance.

To request a refund, write to hello@seenbot.cc with the email used at checkout. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued by our payment provider to the original payment method.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Abuse the free check (automated scraping, excessive requests)
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
• Use the Service to create or publish content that is deceptive, defamatory, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that impersonates another person or brand
• Publish generated content as fake reviews, testimonials, or other false claims
• Resell access to the Service without written permission

You are responsible for reviewing content the Service prepares before you publish it.

Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms and sets out in more detail what you may not do with the Service and the text it drafts.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by T4S Labs LLC. You retain ownership of your content and data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Content the Service prepares for you (articles, schema markup, FAQ blocks, rewrites) becomes your property once delivered.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, T4S LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that AI engines will cite your content. AI answers depend on third-party systems that we do not control. Measurements and recommendations are informational and are not guarantees of performance.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though we keep your data for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate, then delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
