Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Seenbot ("the Service"), operated by T4S Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Seenbot is an AI visibility scanning and optimization platform. The Service scans how your website content appears across AI answer engines (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini), provides EEAT audits, generates content optimization recommendations, and offers publishing and indexing tools to improve your AI citation rates.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Polar.sh. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the rate displayed at checkout. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal — access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment if you are not satisfied. After 14 days, or for subsequent billing periods, refunds are not available. Contact us at legal@t4slabs.com to request a refund.

Free tier: The free visibility scan does not require payment or a credit card.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Abuse the free scan endpoint (automated scraping, excessive requests)
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
• Resell access to the Service without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by T4S Labs LLC. You retain ownership of your content and data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Content optimizations generated by the Service (schema markup, FAQ blocks, direct-answer rewrites) become your property once delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, T4S LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that AI engines will cite your content after optimization. AI visibility results depend on third-party systems (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) that we do not control. Scan results and recommendations are informational and should not be considered guarantees of performance.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we will retain your data for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
