Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers every use of Seenbot ("the Service"), operated by T4S Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", or "our"). It is part of our Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, the policy applies to everyone in your organization.

2. What the Service does

Seenbot measures how AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews) answer questions about your market and which sources they cite. It also uses AI models to draft articles and page changes for your own site. Drafts are delivered as GitHub draft pull requests or to your CMS. They are published after you approve each one, or automatically if you choose to turn on automatic publishing.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service, or ask it to generate, store, or publish, any of the following:

• Content or activity that is illegal where you or your readers are, or that promotes illegal activity
• Harassment, threats, bullying, or content that encourages violence or self-harm
• Hateful content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or similar characteristics
• Any sexual content involving minors. We report such material to the appropriate authorities
• Sexually explicit content
• Malware, phishing pages, or code meant to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems
• Spam, including mass-generated or doorway pages, link schemes, and bulk content created to manipulate search engines or AI answer engines
• Deceptive content: fake reviews or testimonials, made-up statistics or credentials, or false claims about your product
• Defamatory or false statements about other people, companies, or competitors
• Impersonation of another person, brand, or organization, or content that suggests an endorsement that does not exist
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights of others

4. Abuse of the Service and of AI providers

You may not:

• Try to bypass the safety rules of the AI models we use, or of the AI answer engines we measure, for example with prompts designed to extract prohibited output
• Use the Service to flood, scrape, or otherwise abuse third-party AI services
• Probe, attack, or overload our systems, or access accounts, projects, or data that are not yours
• Scrape the Service, or resell, sublicense, or share access to it without our written permission
• Track sites or brands you have no right to work on in order to harm their owners

5. AI-drafted text and your responsibility

Text drafted by AI models can contain mistakes. You review every draft before you approve or publish it, and you are responsible for what you publish on your site, including its accuracy and its compliance with the law. If you turn on automatic publishing, you approve that in advance and remain responsible for what is published.

6. How we enforce this policy

We may refuse or stop a generation, remove a draft, or limit a feature when a request or its output breaks this policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates the policy, without a refund for the period of the violation where the law allows. Where an incident is serious, we may report it to the relevant authorities.

7. Reporting abuse

If you see content made with Seenbot that breaks this policy, or any other misuse of the Service, write to hello@seenbot.cc with a link or a description. We reply within 3 business days.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the Service.
